Use and characteristics:
This machine is suitable for the pressing process of plastic material, such as stamping, bending, flanging, sheet drawing as well as pressing, pressing and grinding, forming of cold extruding metal parts, pressing forming process of plastic products and powder products.
The machine is centralized button control, two specifications of manual adjustment and semi-automatic cycle can be achieved.
The stroke range of working pressure, fast down and deceleration downof this machine can be adjusted according to the needs of work.It can realize two kinds of processes of band ejection and non band ejection, and there are two kinds of technological movements of constant pressure forming and fixed forming in each process for option.The main cylinder has the function of holding pressure, delaying time and returning stroke after pressing, and there are acts of ejecting, delaying, returning, etc. when ejecting. The time of holding pressure delay and ejecting delaycan be regulated by time relay.
This machine has independent power system, easy to adjust and repair. The hydraulic device is a plate valve integration with compact structure and reliable operation.
